Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) into core product lines.
- Oversee the architectural planning for scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling global demands.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business units to ensure technology alignment with revenue goals.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our market position.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, system architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML implementation strategies and ethical AI guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
