Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning architectural strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the design of future-proof systems, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Conduct rigorous Strategic Foresight Analysis to identify disruptive technologies and assess their impact on our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering leadership to translate high-level vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish Governance Frameworks ensuring scalability, security, and compliance for all future deployments.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Cloud-Native Architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading Strategic Transformation initiatives and large-scale infrastructure migrations.
- Familiarity with Futuristic Tech Trends (e.g., Generative AI integration, Decentralized ledgers, Autonomous agents).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
