Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies (5+ year horizons).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and their industrial applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale technical migrations or transformations.
