Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture design for next-gen AI and machine learning systems.
- Oversee the research and development of emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced NLP).
- Manage a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Identify potential risks in technology stacks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate future user needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, ethics, and future regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
