Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and trends relevant to 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with corporate vision and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical milestones.
- Assess the feasibility, risk, and ROI of adopting emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Present strategic findings and roadmap projections to executive leadership and board members.
- Identify gaps in current infrastructure and propose innovative solutions to bridge them.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to completion.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
