- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy frameworks
- Conduct market analysis for emerging climate technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage stakeholder relationships with sustainability-focused investors
- Monitor ESG compliance and regulatory developments
- Design measurable impact KPIs for sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business Strategy
- 7+ years experience in corporate sustainability or climate tech
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year sustainability roadmaps
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon accounting
- Strong data analysis skills with sustainability metrics (GHG, SBTi, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, LEED) preferred
