Responsibilities
- Design regenerative urban systems (energy/water/waste) using AI simulation modeling
- Develop circular economy frameworks for construction materials and resource flows
- Coordinate with municipal planners on climate-resilient infrastructure projects
- Lead BIM implementation for zero-carbon building certifications
- Conduct lifecycle assessments using AR/VR visualization tools
- Mentor junior engineers on sustainable engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Architecture
- 5+ years in smart city infrastructure with carbon-neutral projects
- LEED AP/Well AP certification required
- Proficiency in CFD simulation and BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD)
- Experience with IoT sensor networks for infrastructure monitoring
- Published research on climate-resilient urban systems
- Strong background in circular economy principles
