Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for 2026-focused technical roles (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity)
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for SEO to increase visibility and conversion
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technical positions using Boolean search and Boolean strings
- Analyze search trends to align recruitment strategies with emerging skill demands
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that attracts future-focused talent
- Implement ATS integration with SEO tools to track candidate journey and source attribution
- Measure and report on KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and organic traffic growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with emphasis on AI/ML or emerging tech roles
- Proven SEO expertise with demonstrated success in optimizing career content
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and major sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform recruitment strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate future talent market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
