Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols.
- Ensure workstations and aisles remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
