Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect and operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Conduct routine inventory checks and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (32°F/0°C)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
