Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for shipment to customers
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure safety protocols
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose location
