Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and manual equipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment per OSHA standards
- Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience (sit-down/stand-up)
- Valid OSHA certification and current forklift operator license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience with RF scanning systems preferred
