- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support shipping/receiving operations during peak demand periods
- Complete daily safety checklists and equipment inspection reports
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
