Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and daily maintenance
- Support shipping/receiving during peak production hours
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
