Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow and efficiency
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience (sit-down and stand-up)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Previous experience with inventory management systems preferred
