Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Load/unload shipments accurately while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
