Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety issues before each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding inventory and tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent physical stamina.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not always required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
