Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and yard environments
- Safely load/unload freight trucks and containers using proper rigging techniques
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
