Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Load/unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and safety
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Train new hires on equipment operations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
