Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in 24/7 warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision scanning systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight shipping deadlines
- Implement FIFO inventory management systems
- Train on new technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
