Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours of hire)
- 1+ years of industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Clear communication skills in English
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
