Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with precision and safety compliance
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team for seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
