Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/dock settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management
- Document inventory movements and report equipment issues
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Complete all required training certifications
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train! (Must be trainable)
- Valid driver's license (class D or higher)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Industrial Way location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
