Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory management and organization of storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Document inventory movements and report any equipment issues
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license (will obtain forklift certification)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
