Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor environments as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
