Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency
- Assist with unloading trucks and organizing products in designated storage areas
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for material movements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 7 days
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
