Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipping containers, trucks, and trailers with precision.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately process inventory and update warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience with Counterbalance or Reach Trucks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 50lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays.
