Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently within warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment inspection procedures
- Coordinate with team members to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification required
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
