Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/facility
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment daily
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate other warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jacks, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule availability including overtime/weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Joliet, IL facility
