Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) safely and efficiently to move materials in warehouse/dock areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Manage inventory scanning and documentation in WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
