Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare merchandise for shipment using scanners and pick lists efficiently.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing them.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certified preferred).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy required for using scanning systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
