Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Verify inventory counts and document warehouse transactions
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license (Class A/B preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Flexible to work occasional overtime shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
