Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods in warehouse setting
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Load/unroll trucks and containers with precision while adhering to weight limits
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Strictly enforce OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Operate auxiliary equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
