Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure all operations comply with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for efficient material flow
- Perform daily equipment pre-operation safety checks
- Support warehouse cleanup and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
