Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouses
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate warehouse logs and digital inventory systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Train new hires on warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Optimize storage space using FIFO/FEFO inventory methods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Forklift experience with reach trucks and order pickers preferred
