Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products for shipment while maintaining precise inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies, including conducting daily pre-shift equipment inspections.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by promptly clearing debris and organizing storage areas.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CFP/CFII) required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
