Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and perform daily maintenance on equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient workflow
- Operate other warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, order pickers)
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Forklift license (Class 1-5) required
