Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor storage zones
- Support inventory cycle counts and warehouse audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience (sit-down/stand-up)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current operator license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and mandatory overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
