Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and digital paperwork.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform routine safety checks on all forklift equipment before use.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CFA or equivalent) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
