Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Load/unload trucks with precision using dock equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Train on-site new hires on safe equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current/renewable)
- 2+ years warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift experience with RF scanners preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
