Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in warehouse and dock environments
- Load/unload shipments using proper techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
