Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials with precision and safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and participate in regular stock counts.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Inspect forklift equipment for potential issues and perform daily safety checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
