Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE and conducting daily equipment inspections.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock organization, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Maintain Warehouse Standards: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a productive environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals; training and certification are provided on-site.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Valid ID: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard criminal background and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in inventory tasks.
