Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Sit-down, Reach Truck, or Order Picker) safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and weight distribution is correct.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience operating material handling equipment.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory.
