Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environments
- Accurately inventory, organize, and transport goods using RF scanners and digital systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements and equipment inspections
- Train new hires on forklift operation and safety best practices
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and 2+ years of operational experience
- Proven ability to operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug test clearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
