Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in proper working order and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and organizing warehouse spaces.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the work area to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
