Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Keep storage areas organized and clean to optimize workflow and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL preferred for some roles).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts in a warehouse setting is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and checking tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
