Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (electric, sit-down, and stand-up) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and storage goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (CDL is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as required.
