Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Track inventory movements and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Train new hires on safe operating procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience in high-volume settings
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proven safety record with zero incident history
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
