Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory records with stock counts and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accurate transaction data.
- Assist in identifying slow-moving stock and reporting inventory trends.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage layouts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehousing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Valid driverβs license may be required for local errands.
